Job Summary

Innovative Service Providers (ISP) is seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and service-focused Housekeepers to support housekeeping operations at our hotel partner locations.

The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and assigned areas according to established hotel cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation standards. This position plays an important role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for hotel guests.

The ideal candidate is dependable, attentive to detail, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment, and committed to providing quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel and ISP standards.
• Make beds and replace bed linens as required.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures.
• Dust and clean furniture, surfaces, fixtures, and other room areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors as needed.
• Replace towels, linens, toiletries, and guest amenities.
• Remove trash and used items from guest rooms and assigned areas.
• Restock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and proper presentation before completing assignments.
• Report maintenance concerns, damaged items, safety hazards, or unusual conditions to the appropriate supervisor.
• Handle guest belongings and found property according to established Lost & Found procedures.
• Respond professionally and courteously to guest requests within the responsibilities of the position.
• Properly use cleaning products, chemicals, supplies, and equipment according to safety procedures.
• Maintain assigned work areas, carts, and storage areas clean and organized.
• Complete assigned rooms and tasks efficiently while maintaining established quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and other hotel departments.
• Follow all ISP Staffing and client property policies, procedures, safety requirements, and service standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous housekeeping, hotel, or professional cleaning experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions, cleaning procedures, and property standards.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Professional and service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform physical duties associated with housekeeping, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely use housekeeping equipment and cleaning products.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.

Work Environment

This position is performed primarily within hotel guest rooms and other assigned housekeeping areas. Work assignments, schedules, responsibilities, and property-specific requirements may vary based on operational needs.
