Assistant Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our Tostada Regia restaurant. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in the restaurant industry, and a passion for delivering high-quality service and food in a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations to ensure top-quality food, service, and cleanliness
• Monitor staff performance and address issues with upper management as needed
• Ensure all team members are properly trained and supported
• Communicate operational concerns to management and corporate leadership
• Assist the Branch Manager with daily tasks and decision-making
• Track team goals and drive performance improvements
• Demonstrate strong leadership, organization, and teamwork skills
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene
• Have full knowledge of all restaurant roles and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Food Handler Certification (must have completed the course and passed the exam)
• Bilingual English and Spanish
