We are seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to drive the successful delivery of complex, enterprise-scale聽Adobe Experience Cloud聽engagements. This role blends strong program and engagement leadership with deep functional expertise across聽Adobe Experience Cloud聽solutions. The ideal candidate can lead large, multi-workstream programs while also acting as a hands-on functional subject matter expert (SME).聽

The Engagement Lead will serve as the primary day-to-day client partner, ensuring business objectives, functional requirements, and delivery execution remains tightly aligned throughout the program lifecycle.聽

Your skills & experience


路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Accountable to the Client and Capgemini leadership.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Single Point of Contact for Delivery.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Work with Client Business and Technology leaders to create and maintain the roadmap for

development aligned and prioritized in order to deliver strategic and business objectives.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Establish and maintain the governance framework in order to deliver the necessary project capability to support delivery of the business objectives.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Responsible for creating, baselining, and monitoring the right portfolio metrics around project prioritization and project success.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 For a complex series of related projects, identify and manage their interdependencies and request allocation of resources to support prioritized opportunities.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Responsible for resource demand management at the program level for the purpose of sprint planning, resource allocation, and the use of flex capacity.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Prepare and present the Monthly and Weekly Program Status Reports.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain the Program Dashboard.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Outside of the engagement role, ability to support pre-sales opportunities such as RFP responses and proposals.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Highly desired to have domain knowledge of the mobile app, general knowledge of the mobile technology and familiarity with iOS/Android features.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experienced with large projects, large number of stakeholders, multi-locations/global footprint

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Familiar with JIRA & Confluence


Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $193,440.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
