Job Details:

The HYBRID Facilities Coordinator is responsible for supporting day-to-day facility maintenance needs to ensure company facilities are maintained effectively and efficiently along with meeting company and department initiatives and goals set by executive leadership and supervisor/manager. NOTE: This hybrid role will report to the Bed Quarters location in Houston, TX 2 days each week and may work remotely the remainder of the week.  

 

Essential Responsibilities 

  • Interpret lease language for responsibilities related to service work. 

  • Maintain database for repair and maintenance history for all facilities. 

  • Code accounts payable invoices to ensure correct cost center accounting classification. 

  • Coordinate work assignments among building technicians, vendors, and contractors. 

  • Review price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects. 

  • Respond to service issues in a tactful and expedient manner. 

  • Update the company’s internal website with facilities related issues. 

  • Partner with landlords and property managers to resolve all repair and preventive maintenance issues. 

  • Act as liaison between Real Estate and Construction. 

  • Coordinate repair and maintenance items with the company’s third party call center. 

  • Provide support concerning maintenance and repair issues. 

  • Respond to service issues in a timely manner. 

  • Provide administrative support to the Facilities Manager. 

  • Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date. 

  • Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all. 

  • Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts. 

  • Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation. 

  • Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and Company operations. 

 

Non-Essential Responsibilities 

  • Execute Company initiatives and other activities requested by supervisor. 

  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. 

  • Contribute ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the Company. 

 

Education 

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred 

  • Bachelor's Degree Business, related field, and/or equivalent experience preferred 

 

Professional Experience 

  • 3+ Years in facilities or multi-site retail property management preferred

Compensation:

Competitive pay range of $55,000 - $59,000 * depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.

*Pay amount does not guarantee employment for any particular time.
