Job Duties

  • Under general supervision, serve as a member of Global Business Services, supporting the administration, accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of Halliburton’s global time and attendance processes.
  • The incumbent is knowledgeable on global timekeeping practices, including labor law considerations, overtime rules, leave administration, and time-related payroll impacts across a multinational environment.
  • Responsible for leading the Workforce Software (WFS) testing activities, including process analysis, test execution, issue resolution, and validation of time and attendance functionality.
  • Responsible for complex projects and required to produce proper supporting documentation related to timekeeping processes, audits, compliance reviews, and payroll-impacting activities.
  • Responsible for providing post-go-live support, including issue analysis, troubleshooting, resolution, and continuous improvement for WFS.
  • Provides training and support to end users, ensuring proper utilization of the WFS time and attendance system, processes, and policies.
  • Provides support and guidance as a Subject Matter Expert on complex queries and issues to provide resolution to the team and stakeholders.
  • Actively looks to streamline process to drive standardization and efficiency of resources utilized. 

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience required.
  • A Bachelors Degree is preferred. 
  • Experience in SAP or ADP/WFS integrations and enterprise payroll environments
  • This is a senior level individual contributor role.

 

Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs.  Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available, including Senior Payroll Specialist, or Lead Payroll Specialist.
