Daily Tasks:
- Daily startup procedures.
- Running point-to-point checks (ensuring peripheral devices work with the controller).
- System startup.
- Functional testing (executing commissioning scripts).
- Communication and coordination with the project manager.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 2 years of HVAC Controls Experience
- Experience with PLCs
- Experience with BAS: Building Automation Systems
- Familiar with blueprints
- Computer savvy including Microsoft Excel
- Must have commercial/industrial experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Medesis
- Experience with CCT: Controller Configuration Tools and SCT: System Configuration Tools
