Key Responsibilities:
- Standard Check & Maintenance:
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly routine checks and maintenance schedules.
- Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness (Machine 8S standards).
- Resolve simple operational issues, including alarm confirmation/reset, material rejection handling, mechanical part tightening, and parameter verification.
- Perform screwdriver torque calibration and common consumable part replacements.
- Manage the replacement of glue, thermal grease, DPO ink, and screws, including barcode scanning and calibration.
- Mechanical Support:
- Replace common mechanical spare parts as needed.
- Connect and set up air/vacuum pipes and valves.
- Electrical Support:
- Conduct electrical wiring checks and connectivity verification.
- Inspect signal sensors and verify connectivity.
- Set up and maintain network connections (SFC/HIVE/PDCA).
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and handle routine tasks.
- Must be willing to work overtime during the week and potentially weekend.
