Job Summary: 

Meneses Law is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating and overseeing various legal projects from initiation to completion. Your responsibilities will include coordinating tasks, manage timelines, and ensuring seamless communication between different departments.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with management to understand projectrequirementsandobjectives. 
  • Maintain accurate operational trackers, reports, and performance data using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other reporting or business intelligence systems. 
  • Generate recurring and ad hoc reports related to productivity, operational performance, KPIs, workflow efficiency, and team results. 
  • Monitor individual and team performance against established KPIs, productivity expectations, and operational standards.  
  • Address performance gaps directly with team members by providing clear feedback, coaching, and guidance regarding expectations and areas for improvement.  
  • Hold team members accountable for meeting established performance metrics, deadlines, quality standards, and operational procedures.
  • Coordinate communication and information flow between teams and clients.  
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of legal documents and materials. 
  • Conduct research to support project requirements and provide relevant information to the legal team.  
  • Organize and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, as necessary.  
  • Serve as a point of conduct for project-related inquiries. 
  • Monitor and track operational processes, workflows, and team performance to ensure established procedures are being followed effectively and consistently.
  • Analyze operational data and reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, productivity concerns, process gaps, and areas of inefficiency. 
  • Problem solve project flow issues based on legal regulations and processes. 
  • Communicate with key executives to determine project requirements and objectives. 
  • Must be able to deal with different personalities, cooperate with other team members, and work under pressure. 
  • Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the employer. 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including the ability to organize, analyze, and report on large amounts of operational data. 
  • Experience using Power BI or similar business intelligence, dashboard, or reporting software. 
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.  
  • Proficient with technology and ability to learn our software systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  
  • Ability to adapt to changing operational priorities, processes, systems, and performance expectations. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in fast paced setting.  
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office and MacOS. 
  • Able to type 45 WPM or more. 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and to exercise discretion and good judgement. 
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish. 

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields. 
  • Proven experience in project coordination.

Physical Demands: 

 

  • This position involves regular walking, standing sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking.   
  • Occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching 
  • May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment and viewing computer monitor for extended periods of time. 
  • Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. 
  • The ability to move and lift items up to 10 pounds. 

 

Compensation & Benefits for Working at Meneses Law:

  • Earn $52,000
