Your Role, Your Impact

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in rail or infrastructure installation, with proven supervisory skills
- Proficiency in project management tools, installation methodologies, and safety regulations
- Strong understanding of rail systems, installation standards, and quality assurance practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
