The nurse will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient outcomes and enhance the overall experience of care. Position Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with current nursing practices. Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards. QualificationsRequired Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program. Experience in patient assessment and care planning. Previous experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare team is preferred.
