Job Summary

TDIndustries is seeking a Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner. Join a dynamic team where you'll serve as a strategic HR leader and trusted business partner, helping drive organizational growth, talent development, and employee engagement. In this role, you'll collaborate with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and build high-performing teams.

Essential Duties

  • Partner with leaders to develop and execute workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategies that support business goals.
  • Lead, coach, and develop HR team members while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous growth.
  • Drive talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and retention initiatives to build strong talent pipelines.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on performance management, employee engagement, change management, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Manage employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and provide guidance while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Support compensation and total rewards programs to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
  • Leverage people analytics and workforce data to identify trends, solve business challenges, and drive informed decision-making.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 9+ years of Human Resources experience, including at least 5 years in a people leadership role.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align talent strategies with organizational goals and drive business results.
  • Experience in workforce planning, employee engagement, succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
  • Proven ability to build trusted partnerships and influence leaders and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging workforce metrics and data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent conflict resolution, employee relations, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change, drive initiatives, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience working across multiple departments and functions within a matrixed organization.
  • Proficiency with HR systems and databases; experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of federal and Texas employment laws, HR best practices, and regulatory compliance.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current on HR trends, practices, and employment legislation.
  • HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is preferred.
