Job Description

NextShinning is seeking a motivated and dependable Team Leader to join our Houston team.

In this role, you will help guide daily team activities, support team members, maintain productivity, and ensure company standards are consistently met. You will work closely with management while helping create an organized, collaborative, and results-driven environment.
