Summer Student Transformation Office Opportunity
The Transformation Office Summer Student will support the preparation of quarterly reports, customer feedback summaries, service management documentation, and transformation initiative records. The student will compile and validate information from approved files, spreadsheets, presentations, and email; prepare clear Word, Excel, and PowerPoint materials; maintain source and action trackers; and help document how services are defined, delivered, measured, and improved. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, and an interest in transformation, process improvement, data governance, and customer service.Â
Summer students will work closely with attorneys in a wide variety of tasks and activities. Assignments may be given with minimal direction; therefore, the student must determine the best way to achieve goal and deliver final work product.
Typical Activities include:
- Support the quality, consistency, and timeliness of quarterly Transformation Office reporting.Â
- Support organized source files and repeatable templates that reduce manual document preparation.Â
- Support the collection, organization, and summarization of customer feedback and service performance information.Â
- Develop a working understanding of the service management environment, including the service catalog, service ownership, service requests, performance measures, customer communications, and continuous improvement.Â
- Provide dependable administrative and analytical support while maintaining appropriate confidentiality and document control.Â
