Training and Leadership Consulting in Houston, TX is looking for a passionate Wellness professional to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage wellness programs and initiatives for clients and staff
Conduct wellness assessments and develop personalized health improvement plans
Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions focused on health and well-being
Collaborate with leadership teams to integrate wellness strategies into organizational culture
Track, analyze, and report on wellness program outcomes and participant progress
Provide coaching and guidance to individuals on stress management, nutrition, fitness, and mental health
Stay current on wellness trends, best practices, and industry research

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Wellness, Kinesiology, or a related field preferred
Prior experience in corporate wellness, health coaching, or a related wellness role
Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Relevant certifications (e.g., CHWC, ACE, WELCOA) are a plus
Ability to motivate and inspire individuals at all levels of an organization
Proficiency in data tracking and reporting tools
Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
