As a Housekeeper at Hudson Hospital, you'll help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This important role supports infection prevention by cleaning and disinfecting assigned areas according to hospital standards.


FTE: 0.5; 20 hours per week

 

Work Schedule: 3pm-1130pm Saturday and Sunday; Required to work 1 four-hour shift during the week

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be able to read, write, and follow directions and/or oral instructions in English. 
  • Able to follow safety, infection prevention and cleaning procedures in accordance to hospital standards
  • Ability to learn and operate housekeeping equipment, including floor care equipment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work and effectively communicate with coworkers, leaders, and others across the organization
  • Basic level computer proficiency and ability to use email for department communications. 
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School graduate or equivalent 
  • Previous housekeeping, healthcare, or hospitality work experience
