Working Schedule: 6:00AM-4:30PM Monday-Thursday with some Friday OT required.

Requirements

Summary

Responsible for performing specific 聽job duties within any department on the production floor where there is 聽demand. All assignments will come from the Production Manager and may last 聽anywhere from 1 day to over a week.聽


Essential Duties and Responsibilities聽

路 Performs at least one job function 聽within multiple departments at a minimum of level 1 experience.聽

路 When required, assists in setting up 聽production lines with the guidance of the Manufacturing Engineer.

路 Responsible for the on-time delivery 聽of products leaving assigned areas.聽

路 Ensures all finished products meet 聽company and customer specifications.

路 Works closely with Engineering and the 聽Group Leader to resolve any abnormal build conditions in the department.

路 Performs preventative maintenance on 聽department equipment when required.

路 Provides build time guidance to 聽Scheduling when necessary.

路 Follows the standard work procedures in 聽the assigned area.

路 Assists with problem 聽solving/PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) on a regular basis.聽

路 Implements containments for quality defects while problem solving is commencing.聽

Education

路 High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

路 TIG welding certificate is preferred.


Skills and Experience

路 聽Minimum of 2 years of experience at ESPEC or related experience required.聽

路 ESPEC level 1 brazing experience or equivalent experience preferred.聽

路 Previous problem-solving training preferred.聽
