We're looking for a Facilities Assistant to help keep our warehouse, inventory, and facilities organized, efficient, and ready to support our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in keeping things organized, and wants to build a career in operations, logistics, or facilities management.
What You'll Do
- Receive, organize, and store inventory, materials, and supplies
- Assist with loading, unloading, and staging deliveries
- Help track and issue tools, equipment, and materials
- Maintain organized warehouse, storage, and common areas
- Support inventory counts and material audits
- Assist with facility needs, furniture moves, and equipment setup
- Coordinate with team members to ensure materials are where they need to be
- Identify inventory shortages, damaged materials, or facility concerns
- Support office and field teams with general operational needs
- Follow established safety and housekeeping standards

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in both warehouse and office environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Basic computer skills or willingness to learn
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a warehouse, facilities, construction, or operations environment
- Familiarity with tools, equipment, or construction materials
- Forklift or pallet jack experience
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- Ability to safely lift and move materials up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
- Occasional outdoor work related to deliveries or facility supportÂ
