Position Responsibilities:Â
Design, develop, and support front-end user-facing solutions for reporting and analytics as the Business Intelligence Architect, while performing data analysis, constructing technical designs, communicating with stakeholders, and coordinating the work of offshore development and support resources
Perform comprehensive data analysis and create data models for peer review, ensuring high standards of data integrity and quality throughout the development process
Provide guidance and direction to offshore support and development resources, fostering collaboration and optimizing project outcomes
Promote the adoption of BI solutions and capabilities while encouraging citizen developer initiatives within the business community to empower users in leveraging data effectively
Collaborate closely with Architecture and Security teams to ensure that all solutions comply with established security and authentication standards, safeguarding sensitive information
Maintain accurate and complete technical architecture documentation, while also planning for capacity to support both existing and new solutions effectively

Required Education and Experience:Â
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline and 3 to 5 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 6 to 8 plus years of specific experience
2 plus years of Power BI experience, including experience with Data Set creation and utilizing DAX Â
Preferred Education and Experience:Â
Master’s Degree
Experience with Snowflake, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure, along with architecting and developing solutions on Cognos, proficiency in JavaScript, knowledge of data warehousing and modeling concepts, familiarity with other BI, analytics, or data science tools, and experience working on agile/SCRUM teams, including collaboration with offshore resourcesÂ
