We are currently seeking an Office & Facilities Support Assistant to support the overall team member and workplace experience by maintaining office, kitchen, and common areas, coordinating workplace supplies and inventory, and providing administrative and operational support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, helping others, and contributing to a positive work environment.
Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available
A typical day as an Office & Facilities Support Assistant can include:
- Maintain kitchen, breakroom, and common areas
- Prepare and replenish snacks, coffee, and workplace supplies
- Monitor, organize, and maintain office, pantry, and supply inventories
- Collect and dispose of garbage and recycling
- Provide filing, mail distribution, and general administrative support
- Support warehouse and facility activities as needed

Required Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, self-motivated, and service-oriented
- Reliable attendance and punctuality

Compensation Range
The compensation range that is listed is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. A team member's pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location and prevailing minimum wage, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
Full-time or Part-time hours available.
Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
