Position Overview

This dual-role position supports both the Imaging and Physician Services teams by providing high-quality radiologic imaging services and excellent clinical patient care within the physician office setting.

You’ll have the opportunity to combine technical imaging expertise with hands-on patient care while working closely with providers, radiologists, nurses, and clinical staff to deliver exceptional healthcare experiences.

X-Ray Technologist Responsibilities

In This Role, You Will:

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures safely and accurately
• Prepare and position patients for radiologic exams while minimizing patient anxiety
• Operate imaging equipment including portable x-ray and fluoroscopy equipment
• Assist radiologists and providers during exams and procedures
• Review patient histories and clinical information to support quality imaging
• Maintain accurate imaging documentation and exam records
• Ensure equipment safety, cleanliness, and quality control standards
• Stay current on imaging technology and department training requirements

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• ARRT certification or registry eligible required
• Current BLS certification required within 90 days of hire
• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology

Back Office Nurse Responsibilities

In This Role, You Will:

• Room patients and obtain vitals and medical histories
• Assist providers with procedures and patient care
• Perform phlebotomy and CLIA-waived lab testing
• Coordinate referrals, diagnostic testing, prescriptions, and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and clinic records
• Monitor and stock medical supplies and medications
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms
• Support care coordination, quality improvement initiatives, and team huddles

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus post-secondary certification/degree required
• Clinical experience in a physician office preferred
