Job DetailsJob Location: INDIANAPOLIS, IN 46227 JOB DUTIES: Answering telephones to provide customer service and directing phone call to appropriate recipients Greeting everyone entering through the main lobby Distribution and collection of employment applications from the public Accurately entering retailer orders for the delivery of product Working with sales representatives and drivers to coordinate day-to-day customer service Preparing and imputing information for daily reports Distributing end-of-day reporting and preparing various routine management reports Assisting administrative co-workers in other responsibilities, as directed by management QualificationsESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Answering telephones Providing customer service QUALIFICATIONS: Employee does not pose a direct threat to the safety or health of him/herself or of others Ability to be issued and hold an Indiana Salesman’s Permit Pursuant to 905 IAC 1-8
