Style Crest is seeking a motivated Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) to join the our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. We pride ourselves on fast shipping, expert service, and a customer-first mindset, and we're looking for someone who shares those values. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers, both on a scheduled and as-needed basis. Additionally, you will assist with warehouse operations, working closely with the Distribution Manager and Warehouse Lead to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities:
- Handles customer pickups of returns and damage product
- Drives company truck for deliveries to customersÂ
- Assists in inventory and cycle counts
- Unloads customer deliveries at customer premises
- Collects payment from customer for delivered product when requiredÂ
- Maintains cleanliness of company vehicle clean, and practices good housekeeping
- Works with store and distribution staff to route and properly load all trucks
- Completes daily pre and post trip vehicle inspectionsÂ
- Completes assigned training as required
- Provides warehouse supportÂ
- All other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Maintains a valid driver’s license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Records.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and safely handle products
- A team player with good judgment and a commitment to safety
- Willingness to work in the warehouse as needed
- Positive attitude, reliable, and eager to learn

This is an on-site position at the Indianapolis, IN store location. Store hours are Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm EST.
