Morgan Properties is hiring a Service Technician for a 120-unit apartment community. If you’re a hands-on maintenance professional with experience in troubleshooting, repairs, and apartment turns, we want to hear from you!

What We Offer:

• $23.00 –$25.00 per hour
• Morgan Essentials quarterly incentive, $300 per quarter.

What You’ll Do:

• Complete service requests and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Perform apartment turns, including painting, drywall, carpentry, and general repairs
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept community
• Participate in the on-call rotation

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred
• Multifamily experience is a plus
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair experience
• EPA certification is preferred, but not required
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and pride in a job well done
