We're a rapidly growing e-commerce company selling fitness equipment across Canada and the USA and we are in need of another person to work in our Indy Showroom as a retail sales associate.

What you'll do
- Assisting customers with product selection and dropping knowledge bombs
- Using product knowledge to upsell customers
- Creating sales quotes
- Handling inbound and outbound calls

Who you are
- A self-starter who thrives with little to no supervision and strong problem-solving instincts
- Experience with email ticketing software is an asset, and you're comfortable handling phone calls
- Willing to pitch in around the warehouse and get your hands dirty when needed
The schedule & location
This role is based in our Indianapolis location, where the core hours are Friday to Monday from 9:45am to 6:15pm, with occasional additional weekend coverage as business needs require.
