Job Description

Our Client is a growing boutique business law firm representing companies ranging from startups to organizations generating over $500 million in revenue. The firm advises clients across litigation, employment, and transactional matters, combining legal expertise with practical business judgment.

This opportunity offers sophisticated legal work, direct client interaction, meaningful responsibility, and long-term career growth within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead litigation matters from inception through resolution with support from experienced attorneys and mentors.
Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery.
Take and defend depositions and appear in court.
Represent clients in mediations and complex negotiations.
Advise business clients on risk, compliance, and strategy.
Draft, structure, and negotiate contracts and transactions.
Support entity formation, governance, and business operations.
Work directly with clients as a trusted legal advisor.

Qualifications

Active California Bar license.
4+ years of litigation experience.
Strong legal writing, analytical, and courtroom skills.
Ability to manage cases independently.
Business-minded and client-focused approach.
Strong teamwork, accountability, and professional ambition.
