Commercial Interiors is looking for a driven and experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our growing team in Irving, TX. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and engineers to maintain project alignment
- Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings to monitor quality and safety compliance
- Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and project documentation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project teams
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively to minimize delays
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven track record managing ground-up or tenant improvement commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, or MS Project
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- PMP or CCM certification is a plus
