Job Description:
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, providing day-to-day HR support and guidance.
- Coordinate recruitment, interviews, offers, onboarding, orientation, employment changes, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, and support timekeeping, payroll, benefits, and leave administration.
- Support employee relations, performance management, attendance issues, and compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
- Coordinate required training and workplace safety activities, including maintaining safety records, preparing meeting minutes, following up on corrective actions, and addressing potential hazards.
- Provide guidance and task coordination to HR and administrative support staff, as applicable.
- Oversee daily office administration, including visitor reception, phone calls, conference room scheduling, document organization, correspondence, and general administrative support.
- Manage office supplies and equipment records, conduct regular inventory checks, and coordinate facilities maintenance and service vendors.
- Organize employee engagement activities, including birthday celebrations, newsletters, holiday events, company outings, and community service activities.
- Coordinate business travel arrangements when needed.
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Associate’s or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2–3 years of HR generalist, HR administration, or related experience.
- Working knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits, leave administration, and employment compliance.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using HRIS or payroll systems.
- Willingness to provide hands-on support across both HR and office administration.
- Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
