Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and maintain accurate inventory records across multiple locations.
  • Perform inventory reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
  • Coordinate cycle counts and monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory counts.
  • Review inventory movement and usage to prevent shortages and overstock.
  • Work with warehouse and operations teams to resolve inventory issues.
  • Maintain documentation for inventory transfers and adjustments.
  • Support inventory-control and purchasing process improvements.
  • Travel regularly to company warehouses to audit inventory and verify compliance.
  • Perform other purchasing- and inventory-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Communications, or related field).
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) or Google Suite
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom)
  • Basic understanding of CRM or procurement platforms is a plus
  • Bilingual required: English & Chinese
