The Sales Enablement Training person will be responsible for establishing themselves as the trusted content expert, direct owner, and serve as the main conduit between Mosaic and our client as it relates to training material and tools for Microsoft. The Evangelism Lead will strengthen partner capability, readiness, and field execution quality through structured training activations, ensuring field teams are equipped to successfully represent Microsoft products, services, and customer experiences.

Responsibilities
1.    Manage the execution of US Commercial & Channel Training for Microsoft Surface and in doing so grow audience of advocates at resellers and beyond
2.    Develop and sponsor the delivery of training programs for partner field teams covering Microsoft products and services, sales motions, customer engagement best practices, and customer experience standards.
3.    Onscreen talent capabilities for Webinars, Training Videos, and Livestreams (have an area of home suitable for live streaming)
4.    Creation of Microsoft Surface training videos, training modules, campaigns, and contests, including content development, production, video editing, and asset design
    Develop scalable training assets, playbooks, and enablement resources that support Microsoft product launches and key business initiatives.
5.    Understand and monitor Microsoft Surface Reseller product sentiment
6.    Conduct field visits with key partner teams to assess capability gaps, gather feedback, and collaborate on targeted training approaches to improve field performance.
7.    Partner with Microsoft stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams to ensure training strategies align with business priorities, product objectives, and field readiness goals.
8.    Manage training reporting, survey assessments, certification tracking, and readiness measurement processes aligned with established business review cadences.
9.    Up to 20% travel required for conducting in person trainings

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of related work experience
- 3- 5 years of supervisory/management experience
- 3+ years of training content development experience in the tech industry
- 5+ years of experience leading large format sales trainings
- 3+ years’ experience creating video content using DSLR Camera for video and photo capture and nonlinear editing programs such as Premier Pro, Final Cut, Davinci Resolve etc.  This must include demonstrated experience applying fundamental lighting and sound concepts, through capturing, editing, and delivery
- Retail and/or field marketing agency experience highly preferred / required.
- Proven success in senior level client relationship development and management.
- Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
- Proven experience planning, monitoring, and managing departmental budget.
- Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and prioritization of tasks.
- Passionate about technology with an expert knowledge of the tech industry.
