We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced deport/removal Senior Attorney to join our dynamic legal team in a full-time capacity.

The Senior Attorney is a subject matter expert responsible for leading the firm’s most complex and high-stakes immigration cases, including advanced litigation and appeals. This role also serves as a strategic and mentorship resource for Associate Attorneys, ensuring strong case strategy, legal quality, and consistency across the firm.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex deportation/removal defense and advanced immigration litigation cases.
  • Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) in high-stakes matters.
  • Develop and execute legal strategies for cases involving criminal bars, fraud issues, and complex eligibility challenges.
  • Act as lead attorney and final decision-maker in critical court and agency appearances.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and provide advanced guidance to Associate Attorneys and Paralegals.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Attorney on firm-wide litigation strategy and best practices.


Requirements

 

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in good standing.
  • Extensive experience in U.S. immigration law, with a strong emphasis on deportation/removal defense and complex litigation.
  • Demonstrated experience with BIA appeals, complex waivers (I-601 / I-212), and cases involving criminal or fraud-related issues.
  • Strong experience appearing before EOIR and USCIS.
  • Advanced legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage a highly complex caseload and provide strategic legal leadership.
  • Strong commitment to ethical standards and professional responsibility.
