The PositionÂ
Â
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents, tender evaluation, contract award processes for Facilities Management Services, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Provide contractual advice on tendering and contract matters
- Manage existing and new contracts and agreements
- Assist in development and implementing of effective tender strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Provide support to the Facility Management Office (FMO) in achieving timely contract awards, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures, and supporting operational objectives.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance and streamline procurement and contract management processes through technology and digital solutions.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).

The CandidateÂ
Â
- Bachelor's degree or above in Facilities Management, Supply Chain Management, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in procurement, quantity surveying, contract administration, facilities management, or related fields.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
- With experience of using E-Procurement system will be an advantage
- Professional qualification of HKIS/ RICS or equivalent will be an advantage
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.Â
- Proficiency in PC application including Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
