KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Open & manage the office daily
Greet clients & manage front desk
Schedule appointments & handle intake
Maintain inventory & order supplies
Support clinical staff administratively
Maintain organized filing systems
Ensure HIPAA compliance at all times
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years office management experience
Healthcare or mental health background
Warm, professional & discreet manner
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency with scheduling software
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
Self-starter; works independently
