Trimline Windows is seeking experienced Advanced Manufacturing Technicians to join our custom wood window manufacturing operation.

Positions are intended for candidates with hands-on experience in window manufacturing, woodworking, millwork, CNC operation, molding equipment, final assembly, quality control, or other specialized production machinery and tools.

We are looking for individuals who can contribute at a higher technical level, work with limited supervision, maintain strong quality standards, and help support an efficient and reliable production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on experience and assigned production area, responsibilities may include:

• Manufacturing and assembling custom wood window sash and frames
• Performing final assembly of completed window units
• Operating CNC machinery and other computerized production equipment
• Operating moulders and specialized woodworking machinery
• Cutting and machining components to precise specifications
• Reading and interpreting measurements, drawings, production specifications, and work instructions
• Setting up and adjusting machinery and production equipment
• Performing basic equipment troubleshooting and adjustments
• Conducting in-process and final quality inspections
• Supporting workflow and production efficiency within the assigned department
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area

Required Qualifications

Candidates should have previous experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Window or door manufacturing
• Wood Window Production
• Final window or door assembly
• Quality control or manufacturing inspection
• Millwork or architectural woodworking
• CNC machine operation
• Molder operation
• Woodworking machinery
• Specialized manufacturing equipment
• Carpentry or precision wood fabrication

Additional qualifications include:

• Strong ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
• Experience working with hand and power tools
• Ability to read production drawings, specifications, or work instructions
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Strong understanding of fit, finish, dimensions, and workmanship standards
• Ability to identify and correct basic assembly or quality issues
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills

Previous window manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.

Experience operating CNC equipment, molders, saws, routers, or other specialized woodworking machinery, as well as experience in final assembly or quality control, is highly desirable.
