Trimline Windows is looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team.

No previous window manufacturing experience is required. If you are reliable, comfortable working with your hands, and willing to learn, we will provide the training you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

Depending on your assigned production area, you may:

• Assemble wood window frames and sash
• Measure and prepare parts for assembly
• Use hand tools and basic manufacturing and woodworking equipment
• Inspect products for quality
• Wrap and prepare finished windows for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

We provide on-the-job training!

What We're Looking For

You don't need years of manufacturing experience. We're looking for people who:

• Are reliable and show up ready to work
• Are willing to learn new skills
• Can read and use a tape measure or are willing to learn
• Are comfortable using basic hand tools
• Pay attention to details
• Take pride in doing quality work
• Work well as part of a team
• Can safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have basic computer skills
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Previous manufacturing, assembly, construction, carpentry, warehouse, or production experience is a plus, but not required.
