Your Impact

As a Floating Leasing Consultant, you’ll step in where you’re needed across the Greater Jackson Metro Area to keep leasing momentum strong and service consistent. You’ll represent our communities with professionalism, accuracy, and a customer-first mindset.

Key responsibilities include:
- Greet prospects, conduct tours, and explain community features and lease terms
- Process applications, prepare lease paperwork, and support move-ins/move-outs
- Maintain strong follow-up, document activity, and help meet occupancy goals
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure units and amenities are tour-ready

Required qualifications/skills:
- Strong communication and organization; comfortable multitasking onsite
- Customer service experience; sales or leasing exposure is a plus
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel locally
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail

A Typical Shift

You’ll start by checking in with the on-site team, reviewing the day’s appointments, and getting up to speed on current availability. Between walk-ins and scheduled tours, you’ll stay responsive to calls, emails, and texts, keeping conversations moving forward. Midday often includes time to update notes, confirm next steps, and help ensure the office and tour path feel welcoming. As the day wraps, you’ll close out open items, set up tomorrow’s priorities, and hand off clear updates so the next team is ready to pick up seamlessly.
