What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing hands-on care and supporting patients in a facility setting
Leading, coaching, and supporting caregivers on the floor
Monitoring patient well-being and ensuring quality care
Communicating with families, staff, and leadership
Jumping in to solve problems and keep everything on track

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Is a state certified Medical Assistant (Michigan)
State Test (Michigan) Certified Required, or must take within 30 days of hire
Has experience in healthcare or working with elderly/disabled patients
Is ready to lead, mentor, and grow
Brings compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
