Job Description:
Manages diverse administrative functions usually for a very large, complex department or for a complete line of business that may be regional or national in scope. Responsibilities may include coordinating communications, managing operational processes, supporting workforce-related activities, and assisting with the execution of key business initiatives. Partnering with stakeholders across the organization to track priorities and ensure timely follow-through on deliverables. Providing administrative support, including calendar coordination, meeting planning, and travel arrangement support as needed. Supporting workflow improvements, compliance and training activities, and team communications to enhance operational effectiveness. Applying sound judgment when handling sensitive information, interpreting policies and procedures, and resolving routine business and operational issues. Maintaining a high level of attention to detail while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Building effective relationships across teams and demonstrating professionalism, strong organizational skills, and executive presence when interacting with leaders, associates, and business partners. Proactively identifying opportunities to improve team efficiency and effectiveness through process enhancements, coordination, and thoughtful problem-solving. Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications are important for success in this role.
Required Qualifications:

- Experience with AI/Copilot usage
