  • Partner with Finance and business leaders to shape capital investment strategy, headcount planning, and resource prioritization, ensuring that investment choices are aligned with Vision Supply Chain strategic priorities and supported by clear business rationale.
  • Lead portfolio prioritization and decision governance across supply chain initiatives, framing the key issues, options, and tradeoffs needed to support timely, high-quality decisions
  • Define the capability roadmap required to deliver the strategy, including organization design, workforce planning, process maturity, digital and data enablement, and critical capability gaps.
  • Lead strategic business communications, KPI and business performance reviews, and governance processes that support the Vision Supply Chain Vice President, leadership team, and key business partners
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Supply Chain Strategy team, establishing strong talent, clear accountability, and high-quality output

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, or a related field is preferred
  • A minimum of progressive supply chain experience is required, with demonstrated success in strategy, network design, long-range planning, capital planning, portfolio prioritization, or related business integration roles
  • Strong people leadership experience is required, including leading through a matrixed organization and developing high-performing teams
  • Experience building structured business cases, scenario analyses, financial tradeoff models, and executive-ready recommendations is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into clear roadmaps, priorities, and execution plans is required
  • Strong business and financial acumen is required, including experience supporting investment decisions, tradeoff analysis, and executive governance forums
  • Strong communication and influence skills are required, with the ability to work effectively across Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Quality, Planning, Deliver, Procurement, IT, HR, and business leadership
