Job DetailsJob Location: Corporate Office - Jacksonville, FL 32246Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High SchoolTravel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: DayJob Summary Resolves inventory discrepancies by collaborating closely with Sales and internal teams to ensure accuracy, accountability, and compliance across field inventory. Supports core inventory functions with a focus on managing returns, loaners, and virtual inventory adjustments. Ensures timely and accurate processing of returned products, performs system transactions, and assists in field audits. Provides support to Sales representatives in returning surgical sets, meeting instruments, and other sales aides, and verifies the accuracy of consignment and field inventory accounts. Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities   Perform daily RGA processing, coordinating with Sales and internal teams to ensure timely handling, accurate documentation, and proper restocking of returned products. Handle return discrepancies by investigating variances, resolving issues with Sales, and ensuring accurate restocking and complete inventory reconciliation. Manage outbound and inbound loaner inventory throughout the deployment and return cycle, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and high customer service levels. Conduct audits for consignment closures, sample inventory, and loaner returns, comparing control sheets with SAP/Salesforce reports to resolve discrepancies. Execute system transactions in SAP, including returns, goods issues, batch corrections, and inventory adjustments. Create and manage orders, return orders, audit files, SSD control sheets, and other documentation to support field inventory activities. Monitor inventory availability, account status, and product expiration dates using system reports, resolving discrepancies in collaboration with Sales and other departments. Coordinate the return of expiring or noncompliant product from field accounts, ensuring timely processing and compliance with company policies. Support the control and compliance of consignment and loaner inventory across field accounts, maintaining accurate records and documentation. Maintain Field Logistics work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition, adhering to workplace safety and quality standards.
