We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Media Coordinator to join our Jacksonville-based marketing team. This role primarily supports the day-to-day operations of Farah & Farah's paid media efforts while also providing administrative and coordination support to the broader marketing department.

Primary responsibilities include collecting and organizing media data, coordinating with TV, radio, streaming, digital, and other media partners, preparing reports, supporting media buys and campaign stewardship, and maintaining accurate media schedules and records.

The Media Coordinator will also assist with general marketing department needs and, from time to time, support Jacksonville-area sponsorships, community initiatives, and events.

This role is best suited for someone who's highly organized, comfortable working with spreadsheets, data, schedules, and reports, and has the communication skills and flexibility to work with media partners, internal teams, and community organizations. They're dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to jump in where needed to help keep the marketing team running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities


  • Coordinate day-to-day execution and stewardship of media buys across television, radio, streaming video and audio, paid digital, and other media channels
  • Collect, organize, and maintain media performance, delivery, and expenditure data
  • Prepare recurring media reports and assist with campaign performance reporting
  • Track media schedules and campaign activity to ensure buys run according to plan
  • Identify discrepancies, missed spots, and under-delivery and work with media partners to secure appropriate makegoods and added value
  • Maintain accurate records of media buys, schedules, invoices, revisions, and campaign activity
  • Assist with reconciliation between planned, ordered, and delivered media
  • Communicate regularly with stations, media representatives, digital partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Support campaign research, competitive reporting, and marketplace intelligence
  • Provide coordination and reporting support for paid digital and emerging media as the organization's media mix continues to evolve
  • Maintain organized records of Jacksonville-area community sponsorships, including key dates, commitments, deliverables, and benefits
  • Provide occasional coordination support for local sponsorships, community initiatives, and events, including internal approvals, materials, partner communication, and on-site support as needed
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the broader marketing department as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in advertising, media, marketing, or a related role
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong comfort level working with spreadsheets, numbers, media schedules, and performance data
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and identify discrepancies
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional and comfortable communicating with media vendors, external partners, internal teams, and leadership
  • Strong follow-through and ability to see assignments through to completion
  • Willingness to occasionally assist with Jacksonville-area community events, including some events outside normal business hours
  • Willingness to provide administrative and coordination support to the broader marketing team as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Strata or a similar media buying and management platform

Schedule:
