Exclusive employee discounts on vehicle purchases, parts, and services.   What You’ll Do: Customer Service & Parts Sales: Assist customers in selecting the required parts, provide information on companion parts and current specials, and handle phone calls with professionalism. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, pull and fill orders from stock, and coordinate emergency orders for out-of-stock parts. Order Management: Oversee the coordination of orders for shipment, delivery, or pick-up, and ensure timely follow-up on back-ordered parts. Body Shop Coordination: Review body shop estimates for parts accuracy and notify the body shop of parts arrivals and deliveries. Team Leadership: Supervise and train parts drivers, shipping and receiving staff, and parts counter associates. Assist with managing daily operations within the parts department. Administrative Duties: Process returns, issue credits for returned parts, maintain repair orders and invoices, and manage special-order parts records. Operational Efficiency: Maintain the cleanliness of counter areas, follow safety procedures, and participate in tracking lost sales to optimize department performance.   QualificationsWho You Are: Customer-Focused: You excel at providing top-notch service and solving customer needs quickly and efficiently. Team Leader: You’re experienced in supervising, training, and motivating a team to succeed. Automotive Knowledge: You have a strong understanding of automotive parts or a genuine interest in learning. Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills and a quick ability to adapt to new systems. Problem-Solver: You know how to tackle challenges and keep things running smoothly in a busy environment. Education: High School Diploma or GED. Experience: Previous experience in a dealership or related setting is preferred. Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed. A valid driver's license.
