Shark Coatings is looking for the best home improvement sales team scheduler!!!

The scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling Shark Coating Specialist efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage logistics effectively.

Duties:
- Coordinate and schedule Shark Coating Specialist for client in-home visits in varied locations.
- Coordinate with clients, and teams to ensure maximum location and time efficiency.
- Utilize maps management systems.
- Schedule Shark Coating Specialist and provide necessary information for the visit.
- Manage schedule availability to ensure proper location scheduling is followed.

Skills:
- Client forward communication.
- Strong phone etiquette and experience with multi system usage.
- Knowledge of GPS and the ability to navigate location information quickly.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively gather estimate detail information.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle varying schedules efficiently while.

- Ability to operate social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok.
