Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to lead our accounting team in Jacksonville, Florida. Essential Functions: Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports. Ensure compliance with both GAAP and income tax basis of accounting. Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports for management and external stakeholders. Manage a small local team of accountants Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the position. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
