Baptist Health is looking for a Sterile Processing Educator to support our Sterile Processing Teams at Baptist Jacksonville. This Sterile Processing Educator position will be a Full-time position.

As a Certified Sterile Processing Educator, your responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with Sterile Processing leadership

• Responsible for designing, planning, and managing education programs, competency assessments, training coordination for the Sterile Processing departments across the Baptist Health System

• Ensures all initiatives are in alignment with the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) standards

• Acts as a resource for all educational efforts related to sterile processing

Experience Requirements:

• 1-2 years Instrument Experience

• 1-2 years Surgical Instrumentation Experience

Education & Credential Requirements: 

• High School Diploma

• Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) - HSPA Preferred
