The Learning Experience of Mandarin – Jacksonville, FL is looking for an energetic and nurturing Two Year Old Teacher to join our amazing team! If you have a passion for early childhood education and love watching young learners explore, discover, and grow, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Two Year Old Teacher, you’ll help guide children through some of their most exciting developmental stages—building independence, curiosity, and confidence through play-based learning and hands-on activities.
What You’ll Do:
- Create a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom for toddlers (ages 1–2 years).
- Implement The Learning Experience’s proprietary L.E.A.P.® Curriculum that encourages exploration, movement, and creativity.
- Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth through structured and free play.
- Maintain open communication with families, providing daily updates and milestone achievements.
- Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and well-being of every child in your care.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of professional childcare experience (1+ year preferred).
- CDA, Associate, or higher degree in Early Childhood Education preferred; High school diploma/GED required.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Must meet Florida childcare licensing requirements.
