Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Talent Advisor - Jamestown Engine Plant to join our Cummins Inc. team in Jamestown, NY.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract and secure top talent for critical manufacturing and business roles.
Develop strategic sourcing initiatives that build diverse and sustainable candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to drive efficient, high-quality hiring decisions aligned with business objectives.
Enhance the candidate experience through timely communication, effective assessment, and professional engagement throughout the hiring process.
Utilize data, recruiting metrics, and market insights to improve recruiting effectiveness and support informed talent decisions.
Ensure recruiting activities comply with employment legislation, company policies, and established hiring standards.
Strengthen Cummins' employment brand by supporting recruiting events, talent marketing initiatives, and community engagement efforts.
Drive continuous improvement by leading recruitment projects, optimizing processes, and identifying opportunities to increase operational efficiency.
