 This position is Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
We are seeking a reliable, organized Training Supervisor to support program quality, supervise staff, and ensure timely, accurate client documentation and outcomes. This role focuses on person-centered planning, staff development, CARF compliance, and advocacy to help clients lead healthy, productive lives.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee completion of assessments, annual paperwork, ISPs, data collection, and progress reporting; participate in these processes and monitor Training Assistant work to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and implement quality functional outcome objectives based on client preferences, needs, and improvement areas.
- Provide programmatic supervision: monitor staff performance, give direct feedback, address issues promptly or refer to the Director of Day Services as appropriate.
- Participate in advocacy to secure additional services, equipment, and supports for assigned clients.
- Maintain CARF standards and support agency accreditation efforts.
- Maintain current knowledge of best practices and local/national trends via continuing education, periodicals, and professional networking.
- Set and achieve annual program development goals.
- Maintain professional, cooperative relationships with clients, families, staff, and external professionals; respond promptly to issues and communications while maintaining confidentiality.
- Use the EHR system for all applicable documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and monitoring.

- Ability to adapt teaching strategies and materials to individual learning levels; training and staff development skills.
- Basic computer skills: Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and EHR competency.
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulatory standards (CARF).
- Physical ability to assist and transfer adult clients (including those >150 lbs.) using proper assistive devices and mechanical lifts.
What You’ll Bring:
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate’s degree, preferably in human services, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in staff scheduling, preferably in a healthcare or social services setting.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to changing priorities.
