Job DetailsJob Location: 3124 W EDGEWOOD DR - JEFFERSON CITY, MO 65109Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $18.35 - $27.52Job Category: Real EstateA Mortgage Loan Coordinator partners with Loan Officers to support the mortgage origination process by reviewing applications, managing documentation, preparing loan files, coordinating communication with borrowers and realtors, and ensuring accurate data entry. The role helps maintain compliance and workflow efficiency by verifying required documentation, facilitating file handoffs, responding to customer inquiries, and supporting timely loan processing from application through submission. Role: Partners with Loan Officers to optimize daily workflows, including loan origination support, document review, seamless file handoff to processors, effective communication with borrowers and realtors, and thoroughly detailed data entry Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Review new applications, verify that all necessary information is provided and follow up with applicants for any missing preliminary documents. Collaborate with the Loan Officer to perform daily administrative functions such as document management, data entry, and preparation of loan packages for locking. Conduct a preliminary evaluation of documentation to ensure it adheres to all specified compliance standards. Field incoming calls, walk-ins, and answering questions directly or directing to the Loan Officer as needed. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Performance Measurements: 1. QualificationsKnowledge and Skills: Experience: One year to three years of similar or related experience or equivalent knowledge and demonstrated performance in the Multipli Credit Union Mortgage Department. Education: A high school education or GED and formal training. Interpersonal Skills: Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
