Job Description:

This job is responsible for capturing and refining business or system requirements that may involve a software change. Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyzing problems, capturing requirements, creating solutions, solving problems either manually or through software, and providing subject-matter expertise on products to support scope and requirement decisions. Job expectations include collaborating with project stakeholders to analyze and confirm requirements, creating, analyzing, and improving processes and writing user and technical stories.

The Technical Business Analyst serves as the critical liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, subject matter experts, and technology teams. This role is responsible for eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and managing business and technical requirements to support application development, data integration, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. The analyst applies strong analytical, data, and communication skills to translate business needs into actionable requirements and ensure successful delivery using Agile methodologies.

The ideal candidate combines business analysis expertise with technical proficiency in data analysis, SQL, data mapping, and Agile delivery practices. This individual will facilitate collaboration within and across cross-functional teams, support testing activities, provide executive-level status reporting, and help drive strategic technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Understands stakeholder needs to help envision and create a solution to solve a problem

  • Supports cost and benefit analysis to align technology solutions to business strategy

  • Gathers and catalogs functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests

  • Identifies the impact of modifications and enhancements to applications and assists with identifying integration points and the end-to-end solution design

  • Assists users and development teams in application testing and troubleshooting, and may help with test planning and configuring test solutions to validate functional and system needs

  • Documents processes, procedures and workflows for technology as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Analysis, Requirements Management, or Technical Analysis experience

  • Ability to manage various project requirements within the Global Regulatory Relations domain.

  • Supports development efforts for the Global Regulatory Relations (GRRP)

  • Ability to support multiple projects concurrently - collaborating across teams as needed to facilitate Deliverables accomplishment

  • Identifies opportunities to integrate usage of AI tools and pursues within risk framework

  • Facilitates Agile team processes, assuming various roles as needed to support team success

  • Conduct data analysis using SQL and data visualization techniques to meet requests, identify trends, issues, and/or opportunities

Pay and benefits information

Pay range$89,000.00 - $151,800.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
