Job description :

• We are seeking a highly experienced Principal/Lead Identity and Access Management (IAM) Full Stack Developer to lead the architecture, development, and integration of enterprise-wide IAM solutions.
• The ideal candidate should have 10 to 15 years of overall experience with strong expertise in IAM technologies and full-stack development.
• The candidate will bridge the gap between complex IAM infrastructure and custom application development.
• The role involves leading the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and user-centric identity solutions.
• The candidate will serve as a technical authority for both frontend and backend development within the IAM ecosystem.
• Lead the architectural design and technical strategy for enterprise-grade IAM solutions, including Authentication, Authorization, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Identity Governance, and Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM).
• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack custom applications, self-service portals, and APIs that integrate seamlessly with IAM platforms such as Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, and SailPoint.
• Build secure RESTful APIs and microservices to enable identity lifecycle management, user provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC/ABAC) across business applications.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, conduct code reviews, and establish coding standards and best practices for secure software development.
• Ensure all custom applications comply with industry security standards such as OWASP, Zero Trust principles, and regulatory frameworks including GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC 2.
• Drive the deployment of IAM solutions in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP using modern DevOps practices.
• Utilize technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for deployment and automation.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, security teams, and business stakeholders to translate complex security requirements into scalable full-stack IAM solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality, secure, and maintainable solutions.
